Thomas Weidner IV

Thomas Weidner IV is a trial lawyer, attorney and former prosecutor with nearly 30 years of experience in the courtroom handling major felonies in State and Federal Court. He served as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for ten years in the City of Waynesboro and was repeatedly appointed as a special prosecutor in Orange County, Lexington, Staunton, and Buena Vista. Mr. Weidner has lectured frequently on the successful prosecution of insurance fraud, arson and white-collar crime at the Virginia State Police Academy and to the International Association of Special Investigation Units. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1989, and the College of William & Mary in 1986.
